Health & Safety Policy


Removal activities include the physical handling and transportation of heavy objects- two activities which require a stringent safety focus. That is why at Pickfords Removals we do our best to create a safe and secure work environment focussing on the well-being of our employees. In accordance with the national standards and those of FIDI/FAIM, Pickfords Removals has a Safety Inspection Program in place. Our Health & Safety Representative conducts regular inspections of the premises and equipment to ensure the safety of our employees and that of our customers and their effects.

In addition, we strive to minimize all Health & Safety risks by thoroughly training our staff. Our training enables them to identify potential risks and mitigate them throughout the entire removals process in order to conduct safe and high quality removals.
